Sunglasses with more

We've all seen those cool sunglasses, the aviator, the Foster Grants, with the silvery reflecting surfaces, and similar sorts, but they're all one tone.

Why not have a sun glass lens with a pattern or a symbol on it from different coatings as it were.  Something simple like two toned, or maybe a pattern or symbol like a star.

You may think it would be hard on the vision cause you might be looking through two tones, but maybe that could be solved, and if so, the sky's the limit.  You could put anything you wanted on sunglasses.  And not just sunglasses, you could put signs on windows, symbols on car windows (say the limos of rock stars).  They would have the symbol on the outside, but from the inside the vision would be perfectly clear.

In fact, you might make the coatings like temporary tatoos.  Put one on, and when you're tired of it, peel it off and put on a new one.

I could imagine like a two tone'd fade of hibiscus flowers or a billabong logo or something, just enough that you can see it up close but it wouldn't stand out that much from far. Good thinkin

That would be really cool: making patterns of tints of different shades.  I'm sure that applying the tint would be the difficult part, although I don't know much about tinting.  It would probably require a new technique.
