Here's a new use for the old pirate symbol, the skull and crossbones.  Say on t-shirts - particularly women's t-shirts. 
Imagine it with a skull over each breast and the a set of crossbones under each skull.  The symbol might be put on with colored dye or perhaps different colored threads.
Or go a step farther and make the crossbones out of white plastic that was attached to the cloth.  Even more, make each skull out of plastic, say with flashing lights in the eye sockets, sort of like bra cups.
It would look rather like the kind of getup that Madonna would wear in a music video.  Actually with this costume, I wonder if there could be a role for Madonna in the next "Pirates of the Caribbean" - a sort of female pirate who wears her colors, so to speak.
