Say you've got a great big leather bag that is a bit out of date, just a snip here, a snip there and you've got a brand new purse. The purse converter kit could include heavy weight leather scissors, grommet pliers and a collection of blingy or non blingy decorations to update the bag. Just browse through your glitzy department store for ideas and go home with the tools and inspiration to create a purse that everyone wants! Would that not be cool? You might even be able to add a bit of fabric for addtional interest. The combinations could be endless! One could become like Mammy with those old green velvet curtains!

Actually I saw something similar on tv recently on an informercial. It was a standard purse with magnetic "skins" that can be slapped on top. They allowed women to customize the heck outta one purse, eliminating the need to empty / fill with every new bag.
