Thin, crispy pretzel recipe needed
I've made pretzels at home before, and boy do they blow up like balloons. My favorite snack has always been the thin, crispy pretzels like you would buy in a store. I need something hard and crunchy and about 1/3" - 1/2" in diameter.
When I look at the ingredients in store-bought pretzels, they use only baking soda, not yeast. I wonder if that's the key...
