Coffee ice cubes for perfect Iced Coffee to the last drop
Posted 12/10/2010 by eric in Food and Drinks | Submit idea in this category
Here's a not-so-obvious trick I picked up from someone.

The next time you brew a pot of coffee, make some extra. Once you let that cool down, pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it. I promise you that the next cup of Iced Coffee you make will be awesome down to the last drop, instead of watered down like it usually is with regular ice.

I think I know somebody who used to do this. It's a shame that coffee shops don't do this. They would likely be able to charge extra for 'coffee cubes' as opposed to regular ice. Something along the lines of $1-2. Imagine the profit increase!
