a good idea

 my girlfriend is in a wheelchair and i was thinking she lives in a big building with many others in wheelchairs and she would like live in house. i like my idea to have about 10 or so house build in the block like a little town for her and her friends so she could be at home and do thing out side and feel good . is there anybody out there that has the ideas  to help me ?

i think you should change your title to more descriptive like "Wheelchair freedom community " or something else but not "a good idea"

Does your girl friend belong to a support group?  Is there some charitable organization that pushes for people like her?  Run your idea past them and see if you can get some support, some sponsors.  Is there a local college or something with an architecture department, maybe some student would be willing to draw up plans for such a thing as a probono project.

You may be able to force the issue by getting a group of wheelchair bound people to all move into an existing community and then simply force full implementation of all laws pertaining to handicap access rights from the Americans with Disabilities Act.
