The Pedestrian GPS

We all get lost driving once in a while, which is when our GPS units kick in, but what about when we get lost walking? I know a lot of phones have already have GPS on them, but what about GPS watches that are geared towards sidewalk navigation as opposed to street nav?

Hi how about building the GPS into a Heads up display set into sunglasses so you can get directions shown as you walk without having to take your eyes off the road/footpath Etc
