Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe
Found this recipe on a pumpkin cheesecake and thought it's a nice twist on pumpkin pie. Might be a good idea for a Halloween party recipe. Ingredients Crust: * 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs * 3 tablespoons light brown sugar * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 stick melted salted butter * Filling: * 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature * 1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin * 3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk * 1/4 cup sour cream * 1 1/2 cups sugar * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg * 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves * 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. For crust: In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter. Press down flat into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside. For filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined. Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Clark Kent costume idea
You've probably have seen this costume before, but I still think it's a pretty cool one. Dress up as as Clark Kent...glasses, jacket, shirt, and an untied tie around your neck. Unbutton the top half of the shirt to reveal your Superman t-shirt beneath. This way you'll be Clark Kent getting out of his disguise into Superman.

Paperboy Halloween Costume Idea
Go for the old school paperboy look by wearing an old cabbie hat (you can get them anywhere from $10 - $25 on amazon). Put on a sweater vest and some slacks, and of course you'll need the newspaper bag around your shoulder. Now for the kicker: carry around a bunch of newspapers dated October 30th, so on Halloween, you'll be "Yesterday's News". Yeah I know, it's a little corny, but it could be funny and that's what Halloween is about, isn't it?

Exposing Your Senses To The Elements of Film
This isn't really my idea as I've read about a theater doing this in I believe Asia, but I thought it was such a unique idea that I'd share it here. We are in the 3D phase these days, but this theater is taking it to a new level by exposing all your senses (minus taste) to the elements of the film. I'm talking about fans blowing at the audience for racing/windy scenes, increased heat during fire scenes, vibrating seats for explosions, light water being sprayed for rain, etc....things of that nature. I thought that's something pretty cool, and hopefully that will catch on.

Attached Whiteout On A Pen
Whey don't the folks down at the pen factory get together with the folks at the whiteout factory and come up with a pen that has a small cap at the end of it containing an attached whiteout sponge brush? So it would basically be where an eraser is on a pencil. That way, you don't have to worry about looking for whiteout when making a mistake..
