Sure, I'm ranked highest right now, but I would love to see some friendly competition for that top spot. Man-made Floating Habitat Barges
Create two-level, hydraulically leveled, hexagonal, floating barges that interlock in a honeycomb pattern to create huge livable space on the open seas. The hydraulics would be computer controlled to maintain a balanced surface above while the lower level moved with the ocean waves. The entire platform could be navigated by giant Azipods (azimuth thrusters) like on large cruise ships. These movable platforms could be used to create extra real estate for flood prone areas like New Orleans, offshore farms, airports (similar to Japan's Kansai airport in Osaka), or even independent countries for displaced immigrants.

Gangland Concert
Set up a stadium with a central stage and all of the local gangs with their best car stereos. Use several stereo transmitters to use the cars tuned to various frequencies to create a huge concert that celebrates the positive things about friendship and, more importantly, the common ground all gang members have; their heritage, religious beliefs, mothers, grandmothers with projected images, lasers and fireworks.

Community theaters at public libraries
To help bolster business at local city and county libraries, build small community theaters with sturdy stadium seating and sixteen foot projector screens where people can check out a DVD and then watch it right there. There could also be regularly scheduled cultural movie events when the library plays movie classics and educational titles. And people could "check out" the theater to have parties and even watch sporting events like Monday Night Football.

Child Labor or Parental Restitution?
Consider the possibility that a child under the age of consent (17 or younger) commits a felony. Do you convict the child as an adult, convict the parents, or both? I would like to see the person who committed the crime have to pay restitution to the victim through paid labor at market value until the debt is paid. And if it's murder, then the penalty to life long restitution to the family of the victim. What do you think?

Lyrics to The Breakfast Club Love Song
I would like to see someone write up some lyrics to fit the instrumental love theme from the 1985 movie The Breakfast Club. Something like... We were never friends Never shared a time Passing one another each day Oblivious to the end Never saw the... Never felt the... Never knew that love...was... Or, I remember then You were not my friend Our journeys would cross But we'd just walk by Without... Couldn't breach the gap Not in front of friends For forbidden love is the end (Clearly I am not a song writer....) But I think it would be a big hit today.
